Miso Crunchy Salad

  • 1/3 cup Feast From The East's Miso Sesame Dressing
  • 2 1/2 cups Cole Slaw Mix
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro leaves
  • 2 cups fried Maifun (rice stick noodles)
  • 1 cup Feast From The East's Wonton Strips
  • 2 tsp natural sesame seeds (unhulled)
  • 3 tbs toasted silvered almonds
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
  • 1 tbs pickled red ginger (beni shoga)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (31-35 cont)

Instructions
  1. Place lettuce, coleslaw, cilantro, Wonton Strips, maifun, and shrimp in a bowl.
  2. Toss with Miso Sesame Dressing.
  3. Top with almonds, seeds, oranges, and ginger.
